1. Booking & Payment
- A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
- The balance amount must be settled upon check-in.
- Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM | Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- Date changes are subject to availability and management approval.
4. Resort Rules & Regulations
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
- Loud music, parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must maintain cleanliness and report any damages.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted.
5. Liability & Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to resort property during their stay.
- The resort is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
- Management reserves the right to deny service or evict guests violating policies.
6. Privacy & Security
- Security surveillance is in place for guest safety.
- Personal information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.
7. Amendments
Breezy Bay Resorts reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
